She is the Tech Coordinator, and her name is Adriana Lopez (she/her). She is a biopsychology major here at UCSB and is bilingual, and speaks Spanish and English. Her job duties consist of managing program outcomes, inventory, communicating with applicants, and providing them with technology whenever they are in need. Coming from a low resourced school and neighborhood, she was able to directly experience how financial barriers can be crucial to students' achievements. Seeing UCSB have access to so many resources made specifically for students in need, such as this one, has inspired her to be part of the team and help make a difference.
