Walter is the Tech Needs Coordinator at UCSB Basic Needs. His responsibilities include managing, tracking, and assigning loaner iPads and laptops, as well as conversing with student applicants. He was inspired to take on this position because of his past positive experience receiving a loaner iPad from the program. He is a Pharmacology major from Crescent City, California, and he enjoys surfing, reading, and playing the harmonica.
