Amber has been a Calfresh Advocate and Basic Needs Peer Advisor for over a year, focusing on helping students access the basic needs resources and creating a more supportive environment on campus. Over the years, she's participated in numerous volunteering and philanthropy efforts, which drew her interest to this job position. She speaks English, uses she/her pronouns, and is from Anaheim Hills, California. She spends time reading books, playing competitive Tetris, supporting local music artists, and thrifting. As an undergraduate student, Amber studies Sociology and Statistics, and Data Science.
