Chayenne Kennedy is a Basic Needs Advisor at UCSB, where she connects students with essential resources, including mental health services, financial support, food assistance, and housing options. In her role, she also provides guidance with applications for these services, helping students navigate complicated cases with support. Previously, Chayenne worked at Elevo Learning, where she took on a leadership role by leading games and activities for groups of 25 or more children. During this time, she supported marginalized students in cultivating a sense of acceptance, confidence, and emotional security. Chayenne is bilingual, fluent in both English and German. In her free time, she enjoys photography, spending time outdoors, and selling clothing. She is currently pursuing a degree in Sociology with plans to minor in Applied Psychology.
