The Halal and Kosher Grocery Program provides weekly no-cost grocery bags to students keeping Halal or Kosher diets who live in the UCSB area. Grocery bags are available for pickup on a weekly basis on campus for graduate and undergraduate who demonstrate financial need. Individual bag and family bag options are available for students with dependents. Grocery bags contain 12-14 meals per bag of non-perishables items. We aim to make grocery bags as well-rounded as possible. To be considered for the program, please fill out this survey. This program is made possible with Isla Vista Food Co-op, Associated Students Food Bank and the Food Security and Basic Needs Taskforce.
